Heyo look like Nasuada has been added to my "Many Expressions of-" series XD
This is pretty fun, I quite like drawing expressions....I imagine Nasuada saying all these things to Murtagh *fan girl squeal~~~~*...seriously.....I want to do a scrap page of just Murtagh and Nasuada scenes XD
So if you're wondering why her eyes are yellow, it's because of this verse she always recites when she's defending her mind from intruders:
In El-harim, there lived a man, a man with yellow eyes.
To me, he said, “Beware the whispers, for they whisper lies.
Do not wrestle with the demons of the dark,
Else upon your mind they’ll place a mark;
Do not listen to the shadows of the deep,
Else they haunt you even when you sleep.”
Assuming Surdans have similar hair, skin and eye colors, I chose to stick with the yellow eyes for Surdan borns XD
...I used to draw Nasuada with sandy colored, straight hair, pale skin and blue eyes....obviously I did not read very carefully and imagined her like that XD...as I reread the series I saw how incredibly obvious that she looked nothing like that so I revamped her design and I like this much better XD
...if you're an MxN shipper like me, have fun imaging her making all these faces at Murtagh...*drooooool~~~*

I love your version of Nasuada. It's so loose and lovely and picturing her with Murtagh makes me meeeeelt. I like the yellow eyes! And I know some people with brown eyes that look yellow in certain light so her with yellow eyes is not implausible. I wish it was canon now!
